Kids and adults with yet untapped talents have an opportunity to win various prizes in the Wale Adenuga Productions’ Nnena & Friends and wapTV Talent Hunt starting in July. According to the organisers, areas to be covered include singing, dancing, playing musical instruments and stand-up comedy.
They note in a statement that the talent hunt project will give participants the opportunity to win up to N200,000 cash prize, get discovered and earn nationwide exposure all while displaying their special talent(s) to the whole world .
The Nnena & Friends Talent Hunt for kids, between ages 6 and 15, will hold on July 20, while the wapTV Talent Hunt for everyone between ages 16 and 30 comes up a week after, both at D’Pencils, Ajao Estate, Lagos.
“Participation in the Nnena & friends and wapTV Talent Hunt is free and the events would be fully recorded and aired on wapTV on Channel 116 of StarTimes across Nigeria and other African countries, including South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Mozambique, Central Africa Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi and Guinea,” the statement adds.
