The Falconets on Monday night booked their place in the semifinal of the 2023 All Africa Games women’s football category title after thrashing Senegal 4-0 in their second group game, BrandIconImage can report.

Loveth Edeh, Motunrayo Ezekiel, Chioma Olise and an own goal from Senegalese defender were all Nigeria needed to complete the rout and move to the semi-final.

Christopher Danjuma’s side had started their campaign on a winning note, as they defeated Morocco 2-0 last Friday.

The defending champions continued in similar fashion, crushing Senegal 4-0 to record six points, six goals from two games and qualify as group winners.
