Actor and filmmaker Ayo Makun, widely recognized as AY comedian, has been awarded the title of Box Office King by the National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) in recognition of his remarkable accomplishments over the past ten years.

In a post on Instagram, AY shared a video of the award presentation and conveyed his heartfelt appreciation.

“Feeling incredibly honored to be recognized as the Box Office King over the last decade! Huge thanks to the National Film and Video Censors Board for this amazing acknowledgment,” he wrote. 

AY recognized the contributions of his fans, cast, and crew in his achievements, expressing his gratitude for their support, stating, “This journey wouldn’t be possible without the support of my fans, the incredible cast and crew, and everyone who believed in our stories. Here’s to many more films and unforgettable moments!”.
