Gospel artist Tessy Aniesi is actively promoting her new singles, “Unite Against Cancer” and “Omnipresence,” while also raising awareness about cancer. A prominent figure in the Nigerian gospel music scene, Aniesi is also a skilled sound engineer and producer, and her latest work has garnered positive feedback from audiences.
The song “Unite Against Cancer” was inspired by the tragic loss of two close friends to breast cancer. Aniesi is committed to advocating for early detection and treatment, using her music as a means to encourage individuals to take their health seriously.
“We have survivors,” Aniesi emphasizes. “Early detection is the safer route and action immediately, not waiting until later stages of cancer before speaking up.”
In addition to her musical endeavors, Tessy Aniesi is the founder of the ANAM Initiative, which focuses on community efforts to promote cancer awareness. Her initiatives highlight the importance of early detection and timely intervention in saving lives. She plans to collaborate with various organizations, including cancer foundations, corporate entities, NGOs, and media platforms, to enhance the reach of her cancer awareness campaign and support those impacted by the illness.
The inspiration for her second single, “Omnipresence,” came to Aniesi in a dream about her late friend, Nekky Ekwenze. This song, which celebrates the omnipresence of God and conveys messages of hope, was co-produced with Chris Strings.
Tessy Aniesi’s commitment to her music and her dedication to social causes position her as a significant voice in the Nigerian music landscape. Her latest singles not only resonate with listeners but also drive impactful change.
