The Stanley Jegede Foundation (SJF) has announced its partnership with the Adopt A School Initiative (ADASI) to promote sustainable education development programs (EDPs) in Osun State.

According to a statement released on Wednesday in Abuja, this collaboration focuses on renovating and rehabilitating schools, as well as providing essential educational materials to improve the quality of education in the region.

This initiative is in line with SJF’s mission to make quality education accessible to underprivileged populations in Africa and to empower children and youth to achieve their aspirations.

The intervention is part of SJF’s Quarter Four (Q4) 2024 initiatives, specifically targeting the South-West region. It follows the Foundation’s previous engagements in Quarters 1, 2, and 3, which addressed the North-West, North-Central, South-South, and South-East through various projects aimed at enhancing education, health, welfare, and emergency relief.

Mr. Stanley Jegede, the Executive Chairman of the Stanley Jegede Foundation, commented on the collaboration, stating that SJF chose to partner with ADASI due to its commitment to improving educational opportunities through sustainable and collaborative efforts. This partnership aims to promote high-quality education in the South-West and expand its impact across the nation and Africa, aligning with SJF’s vision of preparing beneficiaries of its Educational Development Programs (EDP) for a successful future.

The Stanley Jegede Foundation (SJF) recognizes that robust educational infrastructure is fundamental to unlocking the potential of African children. Our collaboration with ADASI demonstrates our unwavering commitment to developing multi-resource learning environments that foster both academic and behavioral excellence in students.

Collectively, we aim to revolutionize education for underprivileged children across numerous communities. This initiative highlights the importance of creating secure and supportive learning environments while equipping schools with the necessary resources for effective instruction.

By addressing infrastructural and resource deficiencies, SJF is building a brighter future for students, one school at a time. This partnership reaffirms the SJF's dedication to collaborating with aligned non-profit organizations and NGOs to bridge educational gaps and cultivate a generation of lifelong learners in Nigeria and across Africa.
