Following a social media post, actress Etinosa Idemudia received criticism for her disapproval of Athena's attire in a photograph featuring singer Ayra Starr. Idemudia shared the image and expressed her negative opinion.

“I stopped doing commentary videos because I don’t like insults, but some things are too much. This sweetheart’s outfit is a NO….. How can a girl wear this kain thing? See the two slippers on her chest. You no kukuma wear top make you dey waka for street naked. Respectfully, pls. Love and light,” Etinosa said.

However, numerous social media users promptly highlighted Etinosa's hypocrisy, referencing her past controversies. Users criticized her inconsistent viewpoints and questioned her moral authority to critique the young woman's attire.
