Dr. Olalekan Fadolapo, the Director-General of the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON), has reiterated his dedication to supporting the Brands Journalists Association of Nigeria (BJAN) in its efforts to uphold international standards within the advertising sector.

During a recent courtesy visit from BJAN leaders, Dr. Fadolapo underscored the necessity of regulating the industry to align with global best practices. 

He pointed out ARCON's initiatives aimed at educating the sector while fostering fairness, equity, and transparency.

The chairman of BJAN expressed appreciation for Dr. Fadolapo's backing and recognized the positive influence of ARCON's reforms on the industry. 

He emphasized the association's respect for ARCON's expertise and its eagerness to collaborate on projects that enhance industry development and safeguard consumer interests.

Additionally, BJAN invited Dr. Fadolapo to join its forthcoming Consumer Day event on March 14, which seeks to promote awareness of consumer rights and encourage ethical business practices.
