Coote was dismissed by the English refereeing authority in December after a video surfaced online showing him making inappropriate remarks about former Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp to friends.
Additionally, UEFA initiated an investigation into Coote after another video appeared to depict him using a white powder, an incident reportedly occurring during last year's European Championship.
In the recent decisions released by UEFA's control, ethics, and disciplinary body, it was stated that Coote is prohibited from participating in any UEFA refereeing activities due to his violation of the "basic rules of decent conduct" and for bringing "the sport of football, and UEFA in particular, into disrepute."
Coote had already been suspended by the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL), the organization overseeing English referees, in November after the video of his comments about Klopp became public.
In December, the PGMOL confirmed that Coote's employment was terminated immediately following the completion of an investigation, stating that his actions constituted a serious breach of his employment contract, rendering his position untenable.
