Diddy is currently embroiled in over 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and misconduct, and he is awaiting a federal criminal trial in New York related to sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Diddy was apprehended by Homeland Security in September of last year on allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, but his requests for bail have been denied on two occasions.
Recently, Diddy was reportedly hospitalized in Brooklyn due to a knee injury but was returned to his cell after receiving medical attention. His trial is set to begin later this year.
