Former Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Faith, has officially received the brand-new Innoson car he won shortly before his controversial disqualification from the show earlier this month.
Although Faith was sent packing from the Big Brother Naija house on Thursday, October 2, following a heated altercation with fellow contestant Sultana, the show’s organisers confirmed that he would not lose any of the prizes he legitimately earned prior to his exit.
According to PUNCH’s Saturday Beats, Faith, 25, remains entitled to the N38 million Innoson vehicle he won during one of the show’s sponsored tasks.
In a video shared on TikTok by Innoson Vehicles’ General Manager for Sales Operations, Obum Osigwe, Faith was seen at the company’s premises inspecting the sleek car and appearing visibly thrilled. The caption read, “Faith finally picks up his Innoson vehicle. Congratulations.”
The clip also revealed that the vehicle is electric. In a light-hearted exchange captured in the footage, Faith could be heard asking, “Is it charged? How do I know the battery level?” before noticing the digital display showing the battery status — a moment that drew laughter from onlookers and fans alike.
The presentation comes amid online debate over whether Faith would be allowed to claim his winnings after being disqualified. Many had compared his situation to that of the show’s overall winner, Imisi, who received her car prize just days after the show concluded on October 5.
Faith’s loyal fan base, popularly known as the “Faithful,” flooded social media with congratulatory messages following the video’s release. One fan, #chachajoe, wrote, “Despite all the criticism, Faith finally got his car.
