Controversial social media influencer Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, has alleged that some individuals are plotting to take her to a psychiatric hospital under the guise of mental health concerns.

In a recent outburst on social media, Mandy Kiss dismissed the claim that she is mentally unstable, insisting that her actions are purely part of her content creation strategy.

“Please Nigerians, have mercy on me. I am not mad. I am only looking for a means to earn a living,” she pleaded. “They want to use a pretext to take me to the psychiatric hospital. I am not mentally ill. Everything I am doing is just content so that I can trend.”

Her remarks follow the uproar sparked by her controversial announcement that she intended to attempt a Guinness World Record by sleeping with 100 men in one day—a statement that drew widespread condemnation online. Mandy Kiss later clarified that the declaration was merely for attention and content creation purposes, not a real-life intention.

The self-styled “President of Olosho” (sex worker) has long been known for her provocative posts and online persona, which have often courted public criticism and debate over the boundaries of social media influence.

Despite the backlash surrounding her antics, Mandy Kiss recently received an appointment as an ambassador for the Lagos State Kicks Against Drug Abuse (LASKADA) initiative, a move that has drawn mixed reactions from Nigerians.

While some questioned the appropriateness of the appointment given her controversial reputation, others argued that her massive social media following could help the campaign reach a wider youth audience.

Mandy Kiss, however, maintains that her online persona is a performance meant to entertain and sustain her livelihood, not a reflection of her mental or moral state.
