Strategic Focus Driving Growth

Managing Director, Peer Lubasch, said the company maintained a disciplined approach despite economic headwinds and operating challenges within the country.

"Our success continues to be guided by our well established and forward looking strategy."

Lubasch explained that Julius Berger's long-term growth plan combines its traditional construction expertise with the contributions of its subsidiaries and diversification initiatives, creating a more resilient and sustainable business model.

He noted that several landmark projects completed during the year have continued to deliver economic and social benefits across different parts of the country.

Among them is the reconstruction of Port Harcourt Road in Aba, which has improved transportation and enhanced commercial activities within the city and surrounding areas.

Lubasch also revealed that the long-awaited Bodo-Bonny Road project in Rivers State is ready for commissioning.

"The road will significantly improve connectivity to Bonny Island, unlock economic opportunities and further strengthen industrial and community development within Rivers State."

The project is widely regarded as a strategic infrastructure development that will provide easier access to Bonny Island, home to major oil and gas installations, while supporting trade, investment and community development.

Landmark Projects Delivered

Beyond road infrastructure, the company completed several high-profile projects during the year, including the Lagos Northwest Tower, the Lagos-Opebi-Mende Road and the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre.

The results also underscore the company's ability to navigate economic pressures while sustaining growth, profitability and major project delivery across the country.
