Miami-based pop art icon Romero Britto brings his signature style, and three exclusive ocean-inspired characters, to the November E1 2026 season finale race double-header.

E1, the world's first all-electric raceboat series, has today announced a collaboration with Miami-based artist Romero Britto set to transform next month’s E1 Miami GP 2026 season finale into an immersive, open-air art exhibition.

As part of the collaboration, Britto has created three marine animal characters - a manatee, a turtle and a dolphin which are all protected species in Florida - as an artistic expression of E1's link to Miami and the raceboat Championship’s connection to the ocean.

His bold, colourful style will feature across the exclusive VIP E1 Ocean Club hospitality paddock as well as on a bespoke top qualifier trophy, and an E1 RaceBird - the futuristic raceboat used in the E1 World Championship - photo moment.

Those purchasing an E1 Ocean Club pass through E1’s official ticketing provider Fever, will also receive their own exclusive E1 X Britto limited-edition capsule collection items.

Born in Recife, Brazil in 1963, Romero Britto is a self-taught painter and sculptor known for a vibrant, optimistic style blending cubism, pop art and graffiti. Based in Miami since the late 1980s, he is now considered one of the most famous and celebrated living visual artists in the world.

The collaboration is rooted in a shared commitment to inspiring the next generation of artists, dreamers and racers, with both E1 and Britto holding deep ties to Miami. The artist's optimistic, energetic visual language is a natural fit for E1's mission to bring an electrifying, innovative sport to fans in bold new ways.

The E1 Miami GP 2026 will be the Championship’s first double-header and will see the 2026 Champions of the Water crowned on Biscayne Bay. Round six will take place on Friday November 13 followed by round seven on Saturday November 14 Miami as part of the Championship that is backed by team owners including Tom Brady, LeBron James and Miami-based Marc Anthony.

Jamie Copas, Chief Executive Officer, E1 World Championship, said: “This collaboration is a perfect fit for E1’s season finale in Miami with Romero’s colour, vibrancy and energy capturing exactly what makes E1 so exciting.

“Romero pays homage to the work undertaken by E1 and its teams to conserve, protect and enhance marine wildlife while highlighting iconic marine species that call the Miami coastline home in a fun and playful way.”

Romero Britto, said: “Miami is where my art found its home, and E1 shares that same spirit of innovation and joy. I'm excited for guests and fans to experience these new designs across the E1 Miami GP 2026 season finale.”
