Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo has rejected a viral claim that his newly launched production facility, Euphoria 360 Hub, is worth N40 billion.

The controversy began after a post by an X user placed the value of the state-of-the-art facility, located in Oregun, Lagos, at N40 billion. The claim quickly drew attention online, prompting Adebayo to respond to the reported figure.

Expressing surprise over the valuation, the actor dismissed the figure in a reaction posted on his social media page.

The development comes shortly after the official unveiling of Euphoria 360 Hub, which was launched on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, by the Lagos State Deputy Governor, Kadri Obafemi Hamzat.

The facility was established as the corporate headquarters of Euphoria360 Media Limited and is designed as a multi-purpose creative and media production centre.

According to details about the facility, Euphoria 360 Hub houses a range of specialised spaces aimed at supporting different aspects of the entertainment and creative industries. These include a photography studio, editing suites, music production facilities, a cinema and podcast studios.

The hub also includes a film academy, positioning the facility not only as a production centre but also as a platform for training and developing talents within Nigeria’s growing film and media sector.

Adebayo, who has built a career spanning acting and film production, has been involved in several Nollywood projects both in front of and behind the camera. The launch of the hub marks another step in his efforts to expand his activities within the entertainment industry.

While the N40 billion figure circulated widely on social media, Adebayo’s response makes clear that the valuation being attributed to the facility should not be taken as an accurate representation of its worth.

The controversy has nevertheless drawn renewed public attention to Euphoria 360 Hub and its facilities, coming only days after its official launch in Lagos.
