Whitney Houston Will Leaves Everything to Daughter *Bobbi Kristina Lands Role in Tyler Perry Sitcom

Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, is following in her mother's footsteps and going into show business.
Brown, the 19-year-old daughter of Houston and her ex-husbandBobby Brown, has been cast in a recurring role on Tyler Perry's TBS sitcom "For Better or Worse," a spokesman for Perry told TheWrap.
Whitney Houston's only child, Bobbi Kristina Brown, told Oprah Winfrey in an interview Sunday that she plans to "carry on the legacy" and launch a singing and acting career of her own.
"I gotta carry on her legacy," she said during the "Oprah's Next Chapter" interview with Winfrey. "We're gonna do the singing thing. We're gonna do some acting, some dancing."
"It's a lot of pressure," Houston's daughter with Bobby Brown said. "But (my mom) prepared me for it. She was preparing me for this. She was preparing me for what was to come."
Brown, who still lives in the home she shared with her late mom in Atlanta, also told Winfrey she's "doing as good as I possibly can" and that she still feels Houston's presence.
"I feel her pass through me all the time. I wake up at night," said Brown, who turned 19 less than a month after her mom died. "She would say at 5 a.m. the saints start praying. I wake up now and look at the clock and it's 5 o'clock. I start praying."
Brown said her mom even continues to joke with her.

"Lights turn on and off (in the house) and I'm like, 'Mom, what are you doing?'" Brown said. "I can still laugh with her and still talk to her."
The nature of her character has not yet been revealed. The series will premiere its second season in July.
Brown's mother died on Feb. 11 at the age of 48.
Perry, who reportedly made his private jet available to Houston's family to transport the singer's body from Southern California to her hometown of Newark, N.J., delivered an impassioned speech at Houston's funeral.
"There was a grace that kept on carrying her," Perry said. "Whitney Houston loved the lord, and in every conversation we had over the years it was evident that she loved the lord ... nothing separated her from the love of God."
Deceased pop singer Houston, who died last month at the age of 48, left all of her possessions to her 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina. Per Houston's Will, which was signed Feb. 3, 1993, and filed in the singer's adopted hometown of Atlanta, Bobbi Kristina Brown will receive the singer's furnishings, clothing, personal effects, jewelry and cars.
Houston's offspring won't receive everything at once, however; the inheritance, which has been placed in a trust, will be doled out in pieces, with part of it going to Bobbi Kristina when she turns 21, another chunk coming on her 25th birthday, and the remainder when she turns 30. The will's trustees can give Bobbi Kristina money from the trust for such expenses as tuition, home purchase and business needs.
A Houston spokeswoman did not immediately respond to TheWrap's request for comment.
There are other strings attached to the inheritance;  if Bobbi Kristina should die before probate is complete, Houston's ex-husband -- and Bobbi Kristina's father -- Bobby Brown will divide the inheritance with other relatives, with the inheritors deciding among themselves who should receive what. The exception in that scenario is Houston's jewelry which, in the event of Bobbi Kristina's death, would go to the singer's mother, Cissy Houston.
Houston died in her Beverly Hills hotel room on Feb. 11 of as-yet-unannounced causes, pending the results of a toxicology report. According to the Los Angeles County Coroner, a small and relatively innocuous amount of drugs were found in the singer's hotel room. Houston had struggled with substance abuse throughout her life.
According to  report Houston's estate is worth an estimated $20 million.
