Photos: Unilag Senate, Vice Chancellor Celebrate Dr. D.K Olukoya at the 50th Convocation

The 50th convocation ceremony held at the reputable University of Lagos was, without doubt, a glamorous and memorable event with the high and mighty in attendance.

This event took place on Thursday, April 4, 2019 with Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, the General Overseer and founder of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), being conferred with a Honorary Doctorate Degree. Talk around town is that this, unarguably, is  honour well deserved by the Academician, Author, Pastor and Preacher of the word of God.

It was a standing ovation when the Governing Council and Senate of the University stood up to support and identify with Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya when his profile of achievements was been recited to the admiration of all those present at the J.F Ade Ajayi Auditorium, University of Lagos.

Mr. Lateef Okunnu, former Minister of Works and Housing in Nigeria and Mr. Jim Ovia, founder of Zenith Bank, were major, note-worthy personalities who were also conferred with Honorary Doctorate Degrees at the convocation ceremony.

Also present at the convocation ceremony was the new Governor-elect of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu, a product of University of Lagos. He was there to felicitate with the scholar and clergyman, Dr. D.K Olukoya and other outstanding professors and students that bagged various degrees respectively.
