Leroy Sane’s Valuation by Man City ‘Insane’ – Bayern Munich President

Leroy Sane's move to Bayern Munich is on the ropes after they were priced out over Man City’s “insane” demands.
The winger is their top target this summer after Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery ended their lengthy stints with the German champions.

Bayern have been locked in negotiations with Cityover his value and have already had a £70million bid rejected.
It is believed that the Premier League champions are hoping to receive in excess of £90m for his signature.

But it appears the figure is too steep for Sane to make the trip back to the Bundesliga.
When quizzed on whether a deal could go through, club president Uli Hoeness told Kicker: “You have to be a bit sceptical. It is unlikely that it will work.
    “It’s about sums, they’re insane.”
Sane, 23, is believed to be open to a move back to Germany but his wage demands could also cause an issue.

Despite hitting double figures for goals scored and assists, Sane found himself behind Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva in the pecking order.
Bayern aren’t known for breaking the bank to land big name signings.
Their record signing is defender Lucas Hernandez who cost them £72m and second in the list is Corentin Tolisso after signing for £37.35m.

Hoeness has already spoken how the club will stick to their strict transfer budget.
He recently said after the DFB-Pokal final:“We’re not playing Monopoly here.
“We are a football club. We have reached a limit with €80 million, and I don’t think that we’ll exceed that in future transfers.”
