    Nigeria: 14 New Cases of COVID-19 Confirmed, Toll Rise to 288

    Nigeria has confirmed fourteen new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the total national figures to 288 cases.

    According to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, Fourteen new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria, 13 in Lagos and 1 in Delta state.

    As at 09:30 pm 9th April there are 288 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Fifty-one have been discharged with seven deaths.

    The relative speed of COVID-19 case in Lagos has continued to rise, as it had 13 of the new cases announced by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC today.
    The state has thus far recorded 38 new cases in three days and so far discharged 39 COVID-19 patients,  recorded three deaths and two evacuated to their countries.
