    Airtel Africa Appoints Ajumogobia to Audit and Risk Committee

    Airtel Africa plc, a leading provider of telecommunications and mobile money services, with a presence in 14 countries across Africa, is pleased to announce the appointment of Awuneba Ajumogobia, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, to the Audit and Risk Committee with immediate effect.

    Currently, Awuneba Sotonye Ajumogobia is Chairman for Chemical & Allied Products Plc.

    She is also Chairman-Governing Council at Grange School and Executive Council Member at Women in Management & Business and on the board of 5 other companies.

    Awuneba will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Remuneration Committee.
