    Nigeria Records 155 New COVID-19 Infections with 4 Deaths

    The tally of COVID-19 infections in Nigeria reached 63,328, while the death toll from the virus stands at 1,155. As Nigeria Centre For Disease Control(NCDC) on Wednesday announced 155 new COVID-19 infections in 9 states and the Federal Capital Territory. 

    41 COVID-19 patients have recovered and discharged from isolation centers and 4 coronavirus-related deaths recorded in last 24 hours 

    According to the breakdown by NCDC via it official Twitter handle, Lagos reported the highest number of infections with 85, while FCT confirmed 23, Ondo had 18 and Ogun reported 8.

    Others state with new cases as follows: Kaduna-5, Oyo-5, Taraba-5, Kano-3, Rivers-2 and Bauchi-1.

    Nigeria has tested 668,729 persons since the first confirmed case relating to the COVID-19 pandemic was announced on 27 February 2020.

    According to the health agency on the 4th of November 2020, 155 new confirmed cases and 4 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.

    Till date, 63,328 cases have been confirmed, 59,675 cases have been discharged and 1,155 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
