The health officials also
confirm that the number of successfully treated and recovered COVID-19 cases
increased by 483. Which includes 320 community discharges reported from FCT.
And 16 more persons
have lost their lives to the disease. This report includes one death reported
from Lagos State on November 11th and Backlog of 11 deaths reported from Edo
state.
Data obtained from
NCDC official Facebook page shows that, of new cases, Kaduna had highest number
of new cases with 53 new infections, followed by Kwara with 32 cases.
Osun and Plateau reported
8 cases each, Rivers and Kaduna had 6 cases each, FCT and Kano recorded 5 cases
each. While Oyo, Jigawa and Bauchi recorded 4, 1, and 1 respectively.
It further revealed that
zero cases reported from Edo, Ekiti, Ondo, Ogun and Sokoto States.
With the new update,
NCDC revealed that till date, a total of
213,076 cases have been confirmed, 205,483 cases discharged and 2,949 deaths have been recorded a since the
beginning of the pandemic.
NCDC added that today’s report includes 53 confirmed, 25 discharged cases and 2 deaths reported from Katsina State on November 11th.
