The second premiere night of the Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ Season 7, welcomed 12 additional housemates to the show.
Twelve more housemates were on Sunday introduced into the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show season seven.
The new housemates are Bella, Eloswag, Doyin, Adekunle, Sheggz, Dotun, Chomzy, Chichi, Allysyn, Giddyfia, Hermes and Diana.
Day one of the launch event saw the first batch of 12
housemates who currently occupy the Level Two house introduced to the show.
This brings the total number of housemates on the show to 24.
The ‘Level Up’ season is the first time in the history of
the Big Brother Naija show, where the organisers introduced a new twist of
having housemates live in two completely different spaces dubbed ‘Level One and
Level Two house.
This twist promises to keep viewers and lovers of the show
glued to their screens.
It is, however, unsure if the housemates in both houses will be competing against each other.
The second set of housemates were placed in a separate
house, different from that of the first 12 housemates that were introduced
during the live launch show on Saturday.
The house occupied by the first 12 contestants is called the
“Level Two” house while the 12 new entrants are in the “Level One” house.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the host of the show hinted that during
the auditioning process, the housemates were engaged in a ballot.
He said this was done to be able to divide the housemates
into each of the two BBNaija houses.
The housemates who picked the coloured papers were made to
stay in the level up one house while those who picked the black and white
papers stayed in the level up two house.
The 25-year-old Chidimma Esther Okagbue known as Bella is a fun, energetic UNILAG graduate and content creator. She is from Anambra State and loves to have a good time as she described herself as the life of the party.
Eloswag states that he embodies entertainment and is a dancer. He is from Delta state and said he is in the show to showcase himself and willing to learn and grow. According to him, he has no time for love and relationships.
Doyin described herself as a very smart and intelligent lady, who is good at multitasking, and also a “self actualised introvert”. She revealed that she loves to solve other people’s problems.“I am excited and choked for coming into the show, I will be bringing in all positivity,” she said.
Doyinsola David is from Ondo State described herself as a mixture of Michelle Obama and Cardi B. She vows to bring disrespect to people that don’t respect themselves.
“I am am going to be bringing trouble into the show and some
Lagos Island swag, I am 101 per cent excited to be on the show.”
Adekunle Tobilola Olapade is a Nigerian digital marketing consultant born in Lagos State. He promised to bring in some trouble. He describes himself as a Lagos Island boy who “takes pride in being a giver that solves other people’s problems.”
Allysyn promised to come up with good content and excitement on the show, saying that she easily mingled with people and get them to trust her.
Allysyn Audu is a model from Kogi State. She thinks that
because she is distinct, special, and open-minded, she will stand out in the
house as she came to make a name for herself on the show.
“I will be bringing into the house, fun; lots of energy and
entertainment; high level of energy and dozes of sexiness.
“I am excited to be here on the show, when I got the call
for the show, I lost my cool for one minute. I am single but ready to mingle.”
Oludotun Oloniyo is from Ekiti State. He promised to bring a
high dose of sexiness to the house. He claims his biggest threat to other
Housemates is that he is super competitive and is a straightforward guy.
Esther Chuma, also known as Chomzy is from Imo State. She said that pride and anger are what people hate about her. She is all about vibes.
“I will be bringing into the house lots of vibes and my vibe
is contagious, I love to make people feel important,” he said.
Gideon, also known as Giddyfia, hails from Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom. He described himself as a likeable personality with contagious vibes and one who loves to speak to large crowds. Giddyfia said he is here for the game, and would ship if he finds a girl that catches his eye.
Diana Edobor is a 33-year-old project manager from Edo State. According to her, she is very nice and caring.
Hermes Iyela hails from Delta state and is in a polyamorous relationship with two girlfriends who know each other. According to him, he is all about expressions and personality and he loves to fight for everything he believes in and loves.
Chichi said she is an exotic dancer as she claimed that exotic dancing saved her life.
The 22-year-old exotic dancer and chef, Chichi who wants to be
called Chi Chi is from Edo State. She plans to take the show to the next level
by bringing her originality, truth and “the real stripper vibes”.
Segun Daniel Olusemo known as Sheggz is a professional
footballer and actor who is on the show for the vibes, ladies and money.
Host of the show, Ebuka Obi Uchendu during the second launch of the ‘Level Up’ edition introduced a second house with a tour of the other part of the house that was shown to viewers on Saturday night.
