In a video that surfaced online, the social media influencer
wept bitterly.
She stated that the tape has been available for more than a
year and she paid the blackmailers who released the video last year but they
came back again to post it because she doesn’t have money again.
Buba Girl also said she has been sick since the video went
viral.
The video has also affected her business as she couldn’t
have the motivation to do anything anymore.
Some Nigerians however consoled her and advised her to take
legal actions against those blackmailing her.
Many on social media supported the TikTok star in her challenging situation. A user named Jumia.Boy criticized Esther’s boyfriend for his ‘cruel’ behavior, emphasizing the unfortunate truth that ‘there’s always someone trying to hinder your success.’ Another person on social media, Jeffina. Lewinsky, gave advice to The Buba Girl, telling her to stay strong and saying, ‘God won’t give you more than you can handle. You’ve got this, excited to see you on my screen again.’
Recently, Esther caused a stir online when a video of her engaging in explicit behavior went viral. In the leaked video, she was seen using her two middle fingers to simulate explicit actions while on a bed, sparking widespread attention. Regrettably, Esther allegedly shared her nude video with her boyfriend, intending it for a single viewing. However, her boyfriend recorded it using another device. This led to other individuals obtaining the video, who then demanded money to keep it confidential.
