During her courtesy visit to the commission’s headquarters, the Sweden Ambassador and NCC discussed capacity building and skills development in the telecommunications industry, commending NCC for its proactive approach in seeking partnerships for capacity building and affirmed Sweden’s readiness to collaborate further in achieving mutual objectives.
Dr. Maida expressed his appreciation for the collaborative
efforts, emphasizing the importance of knowledge exchange as outlined in the
strategic blueprint of the Honorable Minister of Communication, Innovation, and
Digital Economy, Dr. Bosun Tijani. He highlighted the pivotal role of the
Knowledge Pillar in advancing the industry and ensuring its resilience in the
face of evolving technological landscapes.
The collaboration between the NCC and Sweden aims to provide
opportunities for NCC staff to learn and exchange best practices with their
Swedish counterparts. This exchange of knowledge is expected to contribute
