Moniepoint MfB MD Emphasises Significance of Microfinance Banks in Propelling Financial Inclusion

The Managing Director of Moniepoint MfB, Babatunde Olofin, has emphasised the significance of microfinance banks in propelling financial inclusion in Nigeria.

Olofin made this declaration during the official opening of Moniepoint MfB’s new office on Admiralty Road in the Lekki area of Lagos. “This expansion marks a significant step following the relocation of the MfB office from Oyo-Ibadan Road to Lagos State.”

In a statement issued by Moniepoint Inc on Wednesday, the bank’s MD reiterated their dedication to fostering a society where financial well-being is universal, ensuring individuals are empowered to realise their aspirations.

Olofin highlighted Nigeria’s transition in the financial sector towards digital and mobile banking, emphasising that the new office provides comprehensive banking services tailored to meet the core financial requirements of its clientele.
