The conclusion of the first round of group matches occurred on Sunday, with the second phase commencing on Tuesday.

The reigning champion, Inter Miami, emerged victorious in their group opener on Saturday against Puebla, despite the absence of their star player, Lionel Messi, due to an injury. Puebla and Tigres UANL will face off in Houston on Wednesday, while Miami will conclude their group stage by playing Tigres on Saturday.
