Renowned Nigerian artist Paul Okoye, widely recognized as Rudeboy from the Psquare duo, has voiced his disappointment regarding the ongoing conflict with his brothers, Peter Okoye (Mr P) and Jude Okoye.

In a recent statement, Paul questioned the inability of the family to reunite, despite their separation in business ventures.

The P-Square dispute, which has garnered significant media attention, escalated when Paul accused his twin brother, Peter, of seeking the intervention of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to facilitate his arrest.

This claim emerged during a recent interview, further deepening the divide between the siblings.

In response, Peter took to social media to publish an open letter refuting the allegations.

He emphasized that his primary concern was to investigate the legitimacy of a secret company, Northside Music, purportedly owned by their elder brother, Jude Okoye, and his wife, Ifeoma.

Jude Okoye, who has become embroiled in the controversy, addressed the matter during an Instagram live session on Saturday, firmly rejecting Peter’s claims that he misappropriated P-Square’s royalties, valued in the millions, into a personal account, labeling the accusations as unfounded.

The public dispute among the Okoye brothers has left fans of P-Square disheartened, as many had hoped for a reconciliation following the group's earlier split in 2017 and their brief reunion in 2021.

Paul’s recent appeal underscores the emotional strain the feud has inflicted on the family, as he continues to advocate for unity despite their professional disagreements.

During an Instagram live session on Monday, August 19, 2024, Rudeboy stated, “Even if we don’t do P-Square, can’t we be brothers? Even if we can’t do music, can’t we be brothers?

“Like I said, I don’t want to talk much. I don’t used to talk before. It’s so unfortunate.
