“Social media is a tool. It can be used to build, connect, and inspire, or it can become a toxic space. My dos are to be authentic, protect your energy, and use the platform wisely. My don’ts are to avoid oversharing, seeking validation, or letting online negativity control you,” she pointed out.
Many have faced depression due to harmful experiences online, and as a mother and advocate for mindful living, she shared her thoughts on how to handle such situations.
“Cyberbullying is cruel and can be mentally exhausting. People hide behind screens to project their insecurities onto others. My advice is to block, delete, and move on. Engaging only gives them power. At the same time, it is important to build real-life support systems so that social media does not become your only world” she advised.

I was married before, and I am now a single mother, which comes with its own challenges. I started influencing in 2018 and have worked with both big and small brands.
