These accusations arose during VDM's ongoing dispute with Nedu, which intensified after Nedu invited comedian Deeone to appear on his podcast, ‘Honest Bunch.’
In response to the allegations, JoJo, whose image was shared by VDM as part of the claims, firmly rejected the assertions.
She highlighted that Nedu had no influence on her career trajectory, asserting that her achievements stemmed from her dedication and perseverance.
In a video shared on her Instagram account, she stated, “I have never had anything to do with Nedu.”* She also condemned VDM for dragging her into his dispute with the media personality.
“I’m crying because I have worked so hard for my brand, only for someone to give the credit to Nedu. You people want to tie my glory to someone who has never helped me.
“Nedu has never helped me before, I have worked so hard to build my brand and you all want to give the credit for my success to a man, I have only shot 2 skits with Nedu”, she said in part
