The Big Brother Naija reality show has announced the death of one of its crew members, Ayotunde Elegbede.
Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu broke the news during Sunday’s live eviction show, explaining that the organisers were informed of Elegbede’s passing by his family.
The evening also saw two housemates leave the competition. Danboskid was the first to be evicted, receiving a warm hug from close ally Zita and a light-hearted farewell from the other contestants, who offered “three gbosa for Danboskid.”
Ibifubara was the second housemate to be evicted, while Denari narrowly avoided elimination, as revealed by the voting chart displayed after the show.
