In a move to deepen access to clean and reliable electricity, itel Energy has introduced two new All-in-One (AIO) solar power systems designed to provide Nigerian homes and businesses with affordable, efficient, and easy-to-install energy solutions.

The unveiling took place in Lagos during a high-profile channel launch event that brought together distributors, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) partners, industry stakeholders, and media professionals. The event, themed “The Future of Clean, Accessible Energy in Nigeria,” showcased the company’s ambition to address the country’s long-standing electricity challenges through smart solar innovations.

The newly launched products—the Power Tank 500W AIO and the 3.6kW + 8kWh AIO—are aimed at reducing dependence on erratic grid supply while ensuring safe, compact, and cost-effective power delivery. According to the company, the launch represents a major milestone in its mission to drive energy independence across Nigeria.

“We are proud to introduce products that solve the real challenges Nigerians face with energy, and also create new opportunities for our partners across the country,” said Lu Liang, Director, West Africa, itel Energy. He added that the company’s vision builds on over a decade of presence in Nigeria, evolving from a trusted mobile phone brand into a household name associated with affordability, accessibility, and reliability.

The Power Tank 500W AIO is a sleek, wall-mounted unit equipped with a 1kWh lithium battery, rapid charging capability (full charge in two hours), 10ms seamless switching during outages, and safety features such as overload and overheat protection.

For larger energy needs, the 3.6kW + 8kWh AIO caters to family homes and small businesses. The system features a smart hybrid-ready setup, space-saving design, automatic load management, a two-year replacement warranty, and the potential to cut installation costs by up to 50%.

Hosted by television personality and Big Brother Naija Season 5 winner Uti Nwachukwu, the Lagos event also featured appearances from Kellyrae, winner of Big Brother Naija Season 9, and Kassia, a fellow housemate from the same season.

itel Energy’s PR Manager, Olaotan Fawehinmi, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, stating: “We are democratising energy access, reducing dependence on erratic power supply, and empowering every household and business with smart, clean, and affordable energy solutions. At itel Energy, we believe the future is equitable, reliable, and renewable.”

Following the Lagos debut, itel Energy plans to extend its awareness drive with similar channel meetings in Ibadan, Port Harcourt, and Warri, underscoring its determination to make modern solar power solutions more accessible across Nigeria.
