After completing the review, the NEC resolved that Igwe could return to full participation in both filming and guild-related activities effective October 19, 2025.
The Guild, while formally welcoming the actress back, encouraged her to demonstrate restraint, emotional balance, and a high standard of professionalism in future engagements—particularly in situations that might involve disagreement or heightened tension. The NEC emphasized that her reinstatement comes with an expectation of renewed discipline and constructive involvement in the creative community.
AGN leadership added that it anticipates positive contributions from Igwe as she resumes her role within the organisation and continues her work in the Nigerian film industry.
