During the preliminary evening gown segment of the Miss Universe competition in Thailand on Wednesday, Miss Jamaica, Dr. Gabrielle Henry, suffered a fall from the stage, prompting immediate medical attention.

Footage circulating on social media shows Henry, dressed in a flowing orange gown, gracefully walking across the stage before suddenly losing her footing and falling. The video also captures the tense moments as she is carefully carried off the stage on a stretcher.

The Miss Universe Organization confirmed the incident, stating that Henry is receiving medical care at Paolo Rangsit Hospital in Bangkok. Miss Universe President, Raúl Rocha Cantú, visited her at the hospital and reassured the public, saying, “Henry sustained minor wounds. She is receiving treatment at a hospital in Bangkok, where she will remain under observation overnight.”

Pageant organizers emphasized that her condition is stable and thanked fans for their concern, while the competition continues with heightened attention to safety measures.
