Christmas Day brought an emotional moment for fans of popular singer Ahmed Ololade, professionally known as Asake, as he reunited with his daughter, Zeenat, and her mother, Adijat, in a scene that quickly gained traction online.

A video shared on December 25, 2025 captured the award-winning artiste sharing a quiet, affectionate moment with his daughter. Dressed in a simple black suit, Asake was seen holding Zeenat closely, kissing her cheek and gently rubbing her arm as she smiled and clung to him. Zeenat, wearing an all-denim outfit, appeared relaxed and happy in her father’s arms, while Adijat stood nearby, observing the tender exchange.

The reunion resonated deeply with fans, particularly against the backdrop of the family-related controversy that surrounded the singer earlier in the year. In March, Asake’s father, Fatai Odunsi, publicly accused the artiste of neglecting his family in a video that circulated widely on social media. Odunsi alleged that he had not seen his son since 2022, when his health reportedly began to deteriorate, and claimed that he had received no financial support despite Asake’s commercial success.

The situation intensified when Adijat also spoke out, accusing the singer of abandoning their daughter for several years.
