In collaboration with public healthcare facilities across 15 states—including Lagos, Oyo, Imo, Rivers, Abia, Enugu, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Gombe, Kano and Plateau—the company celebrated 71 babies born on New Year’s Day. Families received gift packs featuring Mouka Dreamtime Baby Mattresses, pillows, toys and baby skincare essentials, all aimed at ensuring comfort and proper support for newborns.
In Lagos State, the initiative was carried out in partnership with the First Lady, Dr. (Mrs.) Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu. Visits were made to General Hospital Ibeju-Lekki, General Hospital Gbagada and General Hospital Imota, where mothers of the first babies born in 2026 were presented with gifts. The first baby of the year was a baby girl born at exactly 12:00 a.m. to Mr and Mrs Daramola at General Hospital Gbagada, while a baby boy was delivered at the same time to Mr and Mrs Mayowa at General Hospital Ibeju-Lekki.

He explained that the Dreamtime Baby Mattress is designed to support infants’ physical and cognitive development, noting its breathable and water-resistant features that help create a safe and comfortable sleep environment.
The celebrations also extended to other parts of the country. In Niger State, the first baby of the year was delivered at 1:42 a.m. at General Hospital Minna, followed by another birth shortly after.
