The travel trade exhibition is scheduled to hold from February 5 to 7, 2026, at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. The MTPA delegation will be stationed at booth PK 200, alongside key hospitality partners and tourism industry stakeholders, including the national carrier, Air Mauritius.
The participation is aimed at strengthening the visibility of the Mauritius brand in India and showcasing the destination’s diverse tourism offerings to trade professionals and potential partners. Visitors to the MTPA stand will have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one meetings with representatives of the authority and its partners, allowing for direct discussions on travel products, partnerships and new opportunities linked to the destination.
In addition to activities at the exhibition, the Chairman and Director of the MTPA are expected to hold strategic working sessions with major tourism stakeholders in Delhi. These engagements are designed to reinforce existing partnerships and explore avenues for expanding tourist arrivals from India.
OTM is regarded as Asia’s leading travel trade show, providing extensive access to India’s rapidly growing and highly competitive travel market. India continues to be a key source market for Mauritius, with official figures indicating that 75,808 Indian tourists visited the island nation in 2025.
Tourism authorities believe that sustained engagement at major industry platforms such as OTM will further position Mauritius as a preferred destination for Indian travellers, while supporting long-term growth in arrivals and tourism revenue.
