The lineup for the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards continues to expand, with organizers unveiling a wave of high-profile appearances, performances and special honors ahead of next week’s ceremony in Los Angeles.

iHeartRadio Music Awards organizers confirmed that Taylor Swift will attend the event in person after leading this year’s nominations with nine nods—more than any other artist. Her presence adds significant momentum to an already star-packed evening.

Veteran rocker John Mellencamp is set to receive the prestigious Icon Award and will also take the stage for a live performance. Meanwhile, R&B star Kehlani joins a growing roster of performers that includes host Ludacris, alongside Lainey Wilson, Alex Warren and RAYE.

One of the most anticipated moments of the night will feature a historic joint performance from iconic groups TLC, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue, marking their first time sharing the stage together.

Beyond performances, the ceremony will spotlight a diverse mix of special guests, including Alysa Liu, NE-YO, Nicole Scherzinger, Nikki Glaser, Sombr and Weezer.

Special honors will also recognize industry achievements, with Miley Cyrus set to receive the Innovator Award, while Alex Warren will be named Breakthrough Artist of the Year. In addition to hosting duties, Ludacris will also be presented with the Landmark Award, marking his continued influence in music and entertainment.

In a previously released statement, Ludacris expressed enthusiasm about returning as host, promising a night filled with standout performances and memorable surprises for fans.

Following Swift’s nine nominations, both Warren and Sabrina Carpenter, as well as Bad Bunny, earned eight nominations each, underscoring a competitive year across genres.

The annual ceremony celebrates the most-played artists and songs across iHeartRadio’s stations and digital platforms. This year’s broadcast will air live on FOX Broadcasting Company from the Dolby Theatre on March 26.
