The change comes following the resignation of Mr. Femi Fapohunda, whose departure became effective on March 16, 2026, following a mutually agreed decision with the company’s Board of Directors. The Board expressed profound gratitude for Mr. Fapohunda’s contributions, highlighting his steadfast leadership during one of Nigeria’s most challenging economic periods.

Taking the reins, Dimeji Osingunwa brings to Mouka a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s operations. Since joining Mouka in 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer, Osingunwa has been instrumental in driving growth, enhancing brand presence, and shaping the company’s commercial strategy.
Before Mouka, he held key roles in leading multinational organisations, including Cadbury Nigeria Plc (now Mondelez), SC Johnson, and Twinning Ovaltine, building expertise in commercial strategy, route-to-market development, brand building, and sales leadership.
