Regent Microfinance Bank Relocates Abuja Headquarters to Boost Service Delivery and Digital Expansion
Regent Microfinance Bank has moved its headquarters to Herbert Macaulay Way, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, in a strategic step aimed at strengthening its operations and widening access to its financial services.
The relocation is part of the bank’s broader effort to enhance customer experience by combining improved in-branch services with more robust digital banking solutions. While a significant number of customers rely on digital channels for their transactions, the bank acknowledges that many still value face-to-face interactions. The new office is designed to cater to both preferences, offering a more accommodating and efficient service environment.
Speaking on the development, the Managing Director, Dr. Idris Olugbesan, described the move as a reflection of the institution’s commitment to adapting to the changing needs of its customers in an increasingly digital financial landscape. He noted that the new headquarters would enable the bank to deliver services more efficiently while also expanding access to its digital offerings.
According to him, the bank remains focused on delivering simple, reliable, and accessible financial solutions tailored to individuals and businesses alike.
The new facility is expected to enhance customer engagement and improve service delivery speed. It will also function as a central hub for the bank’s growing digital operations, supporting its ongoing investments in technology-driven banking.
Regent Microfinance Bank reaffirmed its commitment to developing digital solutions that allow customers to carry out transactions seamlessly, access financial products, and manage their finances with ease.
The relocation also aligns with the bank’s long-term objective of promoting financial inclusion, particularly by extending services to underserved communities and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises across Nigeria.
Customers and stakeholders have been encouraged to visit the new headquarters and take advantage of the expanded range of services now available.
