Popular TikTok content creator Elizabeth Aminata Amadou, widely known as Jarvis, has escalated her dispute with skitmaker and streamer Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, popularly called Carter Efe, by initiating legal action over alleged cyberbullying and defamation.

According to a pre-action notice issued by her legal representatives, Omo-Richard Attorneys, and dated May 14, 2026, Jarvis is accusing the entertainer of sustained online harassment across platforms including TikTok and Twitch.

The letter, which was made public on Saturday, alleges that Carter Efe made several false and damaging statements about her during a livestream session. Her legal team claims the comments included assertions portraying her in a sexually suggestive manner, which they say have negatively affected her reputation and commercial relationships.

“False, malicious and damaging claims”

Jarvis’ lawyers further referenced comments allegedly made during the visit of American streamer IShowSpeed to Nigeria, where Carter Efe was said to have implied that she exchanged personal favours for professional opportunities.

The legal team described the allegations as false, defamatory, and intentionally harmful, insisting they were made to embarrass her and inflict emotional distress while undermining her public image and business prospects.

14-day ultimatum issued

In the legal notice, Jarvis’ counsel demanded a public retraction of the statements as well as an apology to be published on Carter Efe’s social media accounts and in national newspapers.

The ultimatum gives him 14 days to comply or risk further legal proceedings, including a formal defamation lawsuit.

The dispute has drawn attention across social media, adding to ongoing conversations about accountability, online conduct, and the growing legal risks tied to influencer commentary and livestream culture in Nigeria’s digital entertainment space.
