Allianz Malaysia has secured shareholder approval for all resolutions presented at its 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), marking another milestone as the insurance group celebrates its 25th anniversary in Malaysia.

In a statement released after the meeting, the insurer said the occasion underscored its long-standing commitment to building trust, protecting lives, and delivering sustainable value to customers and stakeholders over the past quarter-century.

Chairman Reflects on 25 Years of Growth

Chairman Zakri Mohd Khir described the anniversary as a reflection of the confidence customers, shareholders, and business partners have placed in the company since its establishment.

"Our 25-year journey reflects the trust placed in Allianz Malaysia by our customers, shareholders and business partners. It is their confidence that drives us to deliver sustainable value and customer-centric solutions," he said.

The company noted that maintaining stakeholder trust remains central to its long-term strategy as it continues to expand its presence in Malaysia’s insurance sector.

CEO Pledges Continued Customer Support

Chief Executive Officer Sean Wang said the anniversary is not only a celebration of past achievements but also a commitment to strengthening customer support in the years ahead.

"Looking ahead, we are inspired to build on this legacy. We stand steadfastly beside our customers, supporting them beyond insurance by helping them prevent risks, stay safe in everyday life, and feel confident when it matters most for all Malaysians," Wang stated.

He added that the company intends to deepen its focus on risk prevention, protection solutions, and customer well-being.
