A California judge has dismissed several serious allegations against Kristina Khorram, a longtime associate and former chief of staff to music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, marking a significant legal victory for her amid ongoing litigation linked to the embattled rapper.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ruled in Khorram's favour during a hearing held in June, throwing out claims of sex trafficking, sexual battery, and multiple related allegations filed by former Diddy employee Phillip Pines.

The court determined that Pines failed to provide sufficient evidence to establish that Khorram could be held legally responsible for any of the alleged misconduct. In its ruling, the judge noted that Pines did not demonstrate that Khorram had knowledge of any alleged sexual battery or that she knowingly participated in, benefited from, or facilitated any alleged sex trafficking activities.

The decision removes Khorram from a lawsuit that has attracted public attention due to its connection to the growing number of legal battles surrounding Combs.

Khorram has consistently denied any wrongdoing. In previous allegations brought by other accusers, she was controversially described as a "Ghislaine Maxwell" figure within Combs' inner circle — a characterization she has strongly rejected.

The lawsuit was filed by Phillip Pines, who worked for Combs between 2019 and 2021. Pines alleged that his duties extended beyond traditional employment responsibilities and included arranging hotel accommodations for events he described as Diddy's "freak-offs."

According to the complaint, Pines claimed he was instructed to prepare hotel rooms with items including baby oil, sex toys, and other materials. He further alleged that he was required to clean the rooms after the gatherings concluded.

Based on those claims, Pines sued both Combs and Khorram, accusing them of sex trafficking, sexual battery, and other misconduct.

While the court found insufficient evidence to sustain the allegations against Khorram, the broader legal disputes involving Combs remain ongoing.

Combs' legal team has repeatedly denied the accusations made by Pines and other accusers. Shortly after the lawsuit was filed, a representative for the music executive issued a strong denial of the claims.

"No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor," the representative said.

The statement further argued that civil lawsuits alone do not establish guilt and expressed confidence that the legal process would ultimately vindicate Combs.

"We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court," the representative added.

The latest ruling represents an important development for Khorram, whose name has surfaced repeatedly in public discussions surrounding allegations against Combs. However, legal proceedings involving the music mogul continue, with several cases still making their way through the courts.

For now, the court's decision means Khorram is no longer facing the sex trafficking and sexual battery claims brought against her by Pines, after a judge concluded there was not enough evidence to support those allegations.
