The announcement was made in Lagos, where the company confirmed a strategic partnership with Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd, a local mobility and automotive solutions firm already operating an established distribution and service network across the country. The collaboration is designed to accelerate market reach while improving after-sales support for customers.
Under the arrangement, Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd will serve as an additional distributor for TVS products, reinforcing an already growing presence in Nigeria’s competitive two- and three-wheeler market. The partnership is expected to combine TVS’s global manufacturing strength with Enviable’s on-ground distribution and service infrastructure.
A major outcome of the agreement is an aggressive retail expansion plan. The current network of 17 outlets is projected to grow to 47 outlets nationwide, creating one of the most extensive sales and service footprints for motorcycles and tricycles in the country. The rollout will include a dedicated Exclusive 3S network—covering Sales, Service, and Spares—strategically positioned across key commercial hubs.
Industry observers say the move reflects a broader strategy to deepen penetration in Nigeria, where demand for affordable and durable mobility solutions continues to grow, particularly in logistics, ride-hailing, and small-scale transport sectors.
Nigeria and the wider African region have become central to TVS Motor’s international growth. The company has reported that Africa accounted for about 25% of its global sales in the 2025 financial year, with the continent contributing more than half of its operating revenue and nearly 70% of export unit volumes.
Speaking on the development, Peyman Kargar said:
“Nigeria is a strategically important market for TVS Motor Company and has been our stronghold. Our focus continues building a scalable footprint in the region, strengthening customer experience, and creating sustainable long-term value with evolving global mobility ecosystems.”
On the local partnership side, Ituma Chukwuemeka Enviable described the agreement as a milestone for the company’s role in Nigeria’s mobility sector:
“This partnership is a defining moment for Enviable Tricycle Auto Parts Ltd. It reflects our growing role as a key execution partner in Nigeria’s mobility ecosystem.
By combining our nationwide distribution capabilities with TVS Motor Company’s globally trusted product portfolio, we are positioned to deliver improved access, stronger service reach, and enhanced value to customers across the country”.
He added that the expanded collaboration is expected to improve customer experience through better availability of products and stronger after-sales support systems nationwide.
Looking ahead, TVS Motor Company indicated that the strengthened distribution base will also support the introduction of new models and product categories in Nigeria. These upcoming launches are expected to span multiple segments, with a focus on technologically advanced and durable mobility solutions tailored to diverse customer needs.
With this latest move, TVS Motor continues to position Nigeria as a strategic anchor in its broader African growth strategy, leveraging local partnerships to scale operations while adapting to evolving mobility demands across the region.
