Nigerian singer Niniola Apata has once again expressed the pain of losing her husband, Michael, sharing an emotional message about grief nearly two months after his death.
The singer took to her Instagram page to reflect on her loss, describing the experience as deeply unfair while recalling the love and commitment she gave throughout their marriage.
In the heartfelt post, Niniola said she had done everything she could to be a devoted wife and questioned why she had been left to endure such pain.
"Why is life so unfair to me …..I did nothing wrong. I was good…I was a good wife…I tried my best … And here’s my reward."
The emotional post drew messages of sympathy and encouragement from fans and colleagues, many of whom offered prayers and words of comfort as the singer continues to mourn.
Niniola lost her husband, Michael, in May. The couple had been married for 13 years and maintained a largely private family life away from the public eye.
Since his passing, the 39-year-old has occasionally shared glimpses of her grieving journey on social media, using her platform to express the profound impact of the loss.
