Company expands retail network with modern showroom for sleep and comfort solutions

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has strengthened its retail presence in Lagos with the inauguration of its new Adeniyi Jones Comfort Centre, a move aimed at improving customer access to its wide range of sleep, furniture, and comfort products.

The newly opened facility replaces the company’s former outlet located around the Adeniyi Jones traffic light and provides customers with a larger, more modern space where they can explore and experience Vitafoam’s products before making purchase decisions.

The development is part of Vitafoam’s broader customer-focused retail strategy, which seeks to bring its products closer to consumers while creating more interactive and engaging shopping experiences across its franchise network.

Speaking during the inauguration, the Group Managing Director of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, Mr Taiwo Adeniyi, described the Comfort Centre initiative as a major pillar of the company’s expansion strategy.

According to him, the centres were created to serve as more than conventional retail outlets, providing customers with an opportunity to interact with Vitafoam’s products, test their comfort levels, and make informed choices based on their personal needs.

He explained that the Comfort Centre model had contributed to increased customer confidence, improved patronage, and stronger business performance by transforming the traditional buying experience into a more engaging process.

Adeniyi said the new Adeniyi Jones facility represented years of dedication, collaboration, and investment by Vitafoam and its franchise partners, noting that the company remained committed to supporting entrepreneurs who shared its vision of delivering quality comfort solutions to Nigerians.

“This Comfort Centre reflects our commitment to making the Vitafoam experience more accessible to customers. It is not just a retail outlet; it is a place where customers can interact with our products, make informed choices and enjoy the quality that Vitafoam is known for. We will continue to support franchise partners who share our vision of delivering comfort and value to Nigerians,” he said.

The coordinator of the Adeniyi Jones Comfort Centre, Mr Lawal, said the new showroom would provide customers with a more convenient and welcoming environment to view, test, and select products.

He noted that the expanded facility would allow customers to access Vitafoam’s complete product range in one location, helping them make better purchasing decisions based on comfort, quality, and suitability.

“Our goal is to give every customer the complete Vitafoam experience. This new Comfort Centre allows people to see, touch and test our products before buying, and we are confident it will deepen customer satisfaction and loyalty,” he said.

Reflecting on the journey behind the new facility, Lawal and his wife, Oluwakemi, recalled their transition from managing the former outlet near the Adeniyi Jones traffic light to establishing the new Comfort Centre.
