Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz and his wife, singer Zuchu, have ended their relationship, with the songstress announcing that the couple is currently going through a divorce process.
Zuchu, who is signed to Diamond Platnumz’s record label, made the announcement through her Instagram story on Sunday, revealing that the decision came after efforts to make the relationship work.
The singer did not disclose the specific reason behind the separation but indicated that the outcome was part of a bigger plan beyond their control.
“We tried, but Allah has His own plans,” Zuchu wrote.

“I have finally decided to choose myself and this is a time to heal and focus more on my health and career,” she stated.
She added: “My husband and I are now separated and going through a divorce. I announce this with a heavy heart. After 6 years of being together, I’ve finally decided to choose myself.”
