Singer alleges actor resorted to wrestling and biting during rematch

Controversial street-pop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has broken his silence following his defeat to Nollywood actor Charles Okocha in their celebrity boxing rematch, explaining why he abandoned the bout during the opening round.

The singer, in a video shared on his Instagram page on Saturday, alleged that the contest took an unexpected turn after Okocha abandoned boxing techniques and began wrestling him inside the ring.

Portable also claimed he sustained injuries during the encounter, accusing the actor of biting him and alleging that several people attacked him during the incident.

Displaying visible marks on his back and other parts of his body in the video, the singer insisted that he had been in control of the fight before deciding to walk away.

According to him, "They said he eats Molly. He didn't see Molly anymore. So he ate my back. Man, he bit me. I landed a heavy hit on him."

Portable maintained that he landed more punches on Okocha during the contest and repeatedly argued that he was the better fighter before the altercation escalated.

The highly publicised celebrity boxing rematch ended abruptly after the singer exited the ring during the first round, handing victory to Okocha.

The bout had attracted significant attention on social media, with fans eager to see another showdown between the two entertainers following their long-running public rivalry.

As of the time of filing this report, Charles Okocha had not publicly responded to Portable's allegations regarding the conduct of the fight or the claims that he resorted to wrestling and biting during the match.
