TOSLAD Group CEO separates personal communication from corporate identity

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TOSLAD Group, Ambassador Dr. Tosin Ladejobi, has unveiled a new personal brand identity, “Dr. ATL,” alongside dedicated social media platforms aimed at giving the entrepreneur a more direct and personal connection with the public.

The initiative, unveiled in Abuja, is designed to create a clear distinction between Ladejobi’s individual identity and the corporate communication of his real estate business, while providing a dedicated space where his personal interests, experiences and public activities can be shared.

The name “Dr. ATL” is drawn from Ladejobi’s initials and represents “Dr. Ambassador Tosin Ladejobi.” According to him, the new identity will provide a platform through which the public can gain greater insight into his journey, lifestyle, ideas, experiences and engagements beyond his responsibilities as a corporate executive.

Ladejobi said the decision to establish separate personal platforms was informed by the need to maintain clarity between his public persona and the official communication channels of his company.

“The launch of these personal platforms will not affect the operations or existing social media handles of TOSLAD Group. Our official channels will continue to focus on our business activities, while these pages will allow me to connect with the public on a more personal level,” he said.

The new platforms are expected to feature content reflecting Ladejobi’s personal journey and perspectives, as well as his interactions with people and communities. The initiative also provides an avenue for him to communicate directly with followers without blurring the distinction between personal commentary and corporate messaging.

Since entering the real estate industry, Ladejobi has positioned himself as an entrepreneur with interests in property development and broader social and economic engagement.

Founded in 2019 and commencing operations in March 2020, his company has focused on delivering residential and commercial properties to Nigerians across different income categories. Its activities have included property development, customer-focused housing solutions and initiatives aimed at expanding access to quality accommodation.

The business has also contributed to employment generation within the real estate sector and has continued to expand its offerings. One of its recent initiatives, Skilled Work Bricks, was introduced with a focus on affordable housing solutions for low- and middle-income earners.

For Ladejobi, however, the “Dr. ATL” identity represents a different dimension of his public presence. Rather than serving as another corporate channel, the platforms are intended to place greater emphasis on the individual behind the executive title.

The initiative is expected to give followers an opportunity to engage with Ladejobi on subjects extending beyond property development, including his personal experiences, lifestyle, ideas, lessons from entrepreneurship and participation in public activities.

He said the separation would also help preserve the distinct identity of the corporate platforms, ensuring that official business communications remain focused on projects, services and client-related information.

The unveiling therefore marks an expansion of Ladejobi’s public communication strategy, with “Dr. ATL” serving as the personal-facing identity through which he intends to build a closer relationship with his audience.

As social media continues to play an increasingly important role in how entrepreneurs and business leaders communicate with the public, Ladejobi’s new platforms are expected to provide a more personal window into his life and work, while maintaining a clear boundary between his individual brand and his corporate responsibilities.
