Virginia shared a series of photographs and Instagram stories documenting the engagement, including an image in which she and Vinicius proudly displayed their rings.
The couple’s engagement comes after approximately one year of dating, with Virginia reflecting on the journey from their relationship to the latest milestone.
“Following a year of dating, my engagement ring has finally arrived,” Virginia wrote, as reported by Madrid Xtra.
Virginia, a prominent Instagram influencer, businesswoman and television presenter, was born in Connecticut, United States, but spent her formative years in Brazil.
According to The Athletic Lifestyle, she has built a substantial following on YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms, where she regularly shares lifestyle, beauty and personal content with her audience.
Before beginning her relationship with Vinicius, Virginia was married to Brazilian musician Ze Felipe. The former couple have three children together.
Her relationship with the Real Madrid star has attracted considerable attention, with the couple frequently featuring in each other’s social media posts.
Virginia has previously spoken about the demands of maintaining a relationship with a professional footballer, particularly given Vinicius’ demanding training schedule and commitments with Real Madrid.
“I am genuinely content in this relationship. Consequently, I dedicate myself to nurturing it and ensuring its success. It is a demanding relationship: one must maintain schedules for all activities, adhering to everything with precision.”
Despite the challenges, Virginia said she remains committed to making the relationship work.
The engagement now marks a new chapter for the couple, with the influencer giving her followers a glimpse of the ring and celebrating the milestone after a year of dating the Real Madrid forward.
