Veteran rapper Pusha T has ignited a fresh wave of drama in the hip-hop world, taking direct aim at fellow artist Travis Scott in a newly released diss track. The 48-year-old lyricist doesn’t hold back, unleashing deeply personal bars and revisiting old grievances that reveal a widening rift between the two stars.

In a snippet of the track posted to his Instagram on Tuesday, Pusha T accused Travis Scott of an emotional breakdown during a past encounter, referencing the rapper’s public breakup with reality TV star Kylie Jenner. The verse paints an unflattering picture:

“You cried in front of me, you died in front of me. Calabasas took your b*tch and your pride in front of me. I got the video I can share and AE it, I can't unsee it, lucky I ain’t TMZ it.”

The cryptic reference to possessing unreleased video footage adds a provocative edge, hinting at more revelations that may remain hidden—at least for now.

In a recent interview with GQ, Pusha T elaborated on the growing tension, offering insight into what sparked his discontent with the 34-year-old “Utopia” rapper. He accused Travis of being “corny” and lacking the loyalty that Pusha considers fundamental in the music industry.

According to Pusha, their falling out traces back to an incident in Paris when Travis previewed an early version of his track “Meltdown” during a studio session. When the final version dropped a week later, Drake’s verse—initially featured—had mysteriously vanished. This move, Pusha suggests, signaled Travis’ attempt to stay neutral in the ongoing feud between himself and Drake, something Pusha saw as disloyal.

Pusha also criticized Travis’ appearance alongside Future and Metro Boomin in 2023, where they teased the track “Like That”—a song that helped escalate Kendrick Lamar’s beef with Drake. To Pusha, this was another example of Travis aligning himself with whatever’s trending, rather than standing firm on personal or artistic principles.

“He don’t have no picks, no loyalty to nobody,” Pusha told GQ. “He’ll jump around whatever he feels is hot or cling onto whatever he feels is hot.”

As the hip-hop community watches closely, the diss track marks more than just a lyrical spat—it’s a spotlight on the underlying politics and personal codes shaping relationships in the rap world. Whether Travis Scott will respond remains to be seen, but for now, Pusha T has made it clear: his microphone is his weapon, and he's not afraid to use it.
